We’re looking for individuals who are safety focused, team oriented, adaptable, and excited to help create an exceptional guest experience in and around the water.As a Lifeguard, you’ll help maintain a safe, welcoming, and high energy environment throughout the surf lagoon and surrounding operational areas. This role supports guest safety, surf operations, wave sessions, and overall guest experience while working closely with the broader Surf Operations team.No surf experience? No problem. DSRT SURF provides training and certification support for qualified candidates based on the role.
